SERVICES
We want to welcome Maison Mère’s guests as they would be welcomed in a big family house. We believe that every customer has a strong desire to enjoy warm and welcoming hospitality, while being exposed to authentic experiences.
Maison Mère’s aesthetic is unique and arose from a collective, familial and creative movement.
Maison Mère's desire is to build her own hive, make it customer focused, and put her team at the heart of it all.
Materials were carefully chosen, bespoke furniture was designed, colours were carefully selected and home accessories sought out throughout France and the world, to define every space with a clear design identity.
Before starting work, creative exchanges were constantly in flow for a year.
It was necessary to deconstruct the original creative process and seek to avoid the usual professional reflexes and processes by thinking outside the box.
The definition of spaces needed to be clearly reinvented to imagine a concept unique in the world, where every space would be ingeniously designed to keep areas open to the house, and, obviously, to the world.
Valérie Bonan, with her 15 years of hospitality experience, and Raluca Ursueanu, with her 30 years of hospitality architecture & renovation experience, capably led all the teams during this year of renovation.
Eric, José, Jules and all the construction team built the Maison Mère hotel with their own hands during long months of hard work. Their talent, kindness and dedication have infused the very fabric of Maison Mère.
Guillaume and his team put all their knowledge of woodworking into the Maison Mère project, crafting our bespoke furniture in their workshop in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
Sandrine & Adriana, thanks to their food & beverage expertise, created a bespoke space for Maison Mère F&B activity and helped to make the Hey Honey restaurant & cocktail bar a festive, unusual and evolving place.
